Print inspection service AVT by Danaher Corporation Acquisition

In March 6th, the world's leading printing printing detection, process control and quality assurance solutions provider AVT said in a statement, the company has agreed to $100 million acquisition of Danaher corporation.

In Washington, a Danaher Corporation is a manufacturing company with annual sales of $17 billion, will pay 14.5 euros per share in cash for AVT, its shares rose 20% to 14 euros in Frankfurt.

The human eye optical detection system AVT can be used to replace the detection of packaging and labeling, its leading products include X-Rite and Esko, can provide the services for customers using the Danaher platform.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2017, AVT will become part of the Danaher product identification platform in the department.
